
<p>DocPouch (Doc Pouch Pty Ltd, ABN 28 695 916 306) is an online platform for AHPRA-registered Australian prescribers to order PBS Prescriber Bag (Doctor's Bag) supplies. DocPouch is an administrative ordering and document-submission platform; it does not sell or advertise medicines to the public. All medicines are dispensed and supplied by Priceline Pharmacy Sunshine Marketplace, a Section 90 PBS-approved supplier.</p>
<h2>Who can use DocPouch</h2>
<ul>
<li>Medical Practitioners (full PBS Prescriber Bag formulary)</li>
<li>Authorised Nurse Practitioners (full formulary)</li>
<li>Endorsed Midwives (the subset of items eligible for midwife prescribing, in force since 1 February 2025)</li>
<li>Practice managers ordering on behalf of verified prescribers</li>
</ul>
<p>All prescribers must hold a current AHPRA registration and a PBS prescriber number. New prescribers are manually verified before their first order is dispensed.</p>
<h2>How ordering works</h2>
<ol>
<li>Register with your AHPRA details.</li>
<li>Build your order from PBS Prescriber Bag items.</li>
<li>Upload your signed PB052 Prescriber Bag Supply Order Form.</li>
<li>The pharmacy reviews and dispenses the order, then dispatches it with tracking.</li>
</ol>
<h2>Key facts</h2>
<ul>
<li>PBS Prescriber Bag supplies are free to eligible prescribers under sections 93, 93AA and 93AB of the National Health Act 1953 (Cth) and the National Health (Prescriber Bag Supplies) Determination 2024.</li>
<li>Free standard delivery Australia-wide, with an optional Express Post upgrade at checkout.</li>
<li>Each item is limited to one order per calendar month, up to the maximum quantity in the current PBS schedule. Group limits apply under section 7(3) of the Determination.</li>
<li>The signed PB052 remains the legal authority for supply; the original and duplicate copies go to the dispensing pharmacy.</li>

<h2>Compliance</h2>
<p>DocPouch operates under the National Health Act 1953, the PBS Prescriber Bag arrangements, and Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements. It does not advertise prescription medicines to the public and does not publish medicine brand names on public pages.</p>
